But this one looks good and reasonably priced when it was randomly dispensed at certain vending machines. ![]() Supreme frenzy is something not too easy to fully understand. Not sure if this one is genuine, but it’ll come down to $.59 if you buy 1000 or more. Then there seems to be way too many designer branded items, mostly way overpriced and utterly pointless, that may have been created from ‘Objet petit a’ in its origin, and supposedly being kept as unattainable objects of desire even after taken, as their longstanding fate. I wouldn’t mind tasteful style over a valid substance based on other’s desires, but maybe only to a certain, acceptable degree. ![]() Maybe because, as human beings, we have all sorts of conscious and unconscious desires, or more of drives a collection of many desires, which are supposed to be the desires of the Other as Lacan articulated. Even with the Black Friday became more of bait-and-switch marketing mumbo-jumbo, not even having too many deals as it used to have been, and the Christmas coming along around the corner, we’re naturally to be looking for some appropriate present materials and related deals innocently.Īs faithful citizens of Capitalism, we’re supposed to desire things, those things that are not necessarily needed nor even wanted.
